@HDFCBank_Cares your customer care executive keeps the call on hold and then disconnects. Is the expectation to go through the whole process again to get through? Or can a call back be expected with some resolution?
Hi @CebuPacificAir i just want to understand how ignorant can you be towards your customers who has been literally following up ever single day. All u are saying is 24-48hours. Do u even realise that i might not even be able to get the lost item back?

Hi @NewIndAssurance kindly train your staff to assist better. A) there are no response to claim emails B) calls are not answered C) Whatsapp support has given me four different answers which also includes visiting a nearby office. How can the experience be so bad?
Hi @CebuPacificAir if i dont have a response from you in the next 24hours i will file a complain to Civil Aeronautics Board and also make sure with more outreach and tweets that people refrain from taking your flight.
@CebuPacificAir Stop copy pasting the same response everyday. Like i said, i will try all means to say how inefficient you all are and i will definitely reach out to CAB today since its already been 48hours with no solid response

Hi @CebuPacificAir another tweet after 24hours while i board my flight to India. Absolutely no solid update on my case. I want an update on my lost airpods. This cant take 5days. I had even sent the location. All you had to do was expidate
@CebuPacificAir I am leaving the country tomorrow. If this urgency was shown a little early maybe i would have found what i lost. I have even sent the location on email. All you had to do was show some urgency. Now its your responsibility to find it and ship it to India if found
