The best thing I did for my AI code agent was delete most of it. Eight tools became two, and accuracy went from 60% to 95%. It can now take a codebase it's never seen and answer this in one shot. Here's everything I removed to get there:

@IamAroke The value of senior engineers is understanding large existing systems deeply, not creating new ones. The engineeers I’ve met who were the best at new systems were junior level who had fresh insights. Those are two different skills
