DEAL AGREED - WELCOME BACK DANNY SAMBRIDGE
Grays Athletic are delighted to announce the return of goalkeeper Danny Sambridge.
Danny will be no stranger to our supporters having made 200 appearances for the club during his time with the Blues.
Upon his return to the club Danny had this to say to supporters:
"Saying goodbye to the club was incredibly difficult, so when the opportunity came to return, it was a very easy decision to make. When Mitch reached out to ask if I’d be interested in coming back for next season, there was only one answer.
I know Mitch, Ash and Clarky really well, and I fully believe in what they are building at the club and the direction they want to take it. I’ve missed competing massively, and the chance to be part of something ambitious at a club that means so much to me is an opportunity I’m hugely grateful for.
I had the chance to be around the group towards the end of last season and attended the final home game against Lowestoft. Seeing the community come together in the way it did made me incredibly proud of the club and excited about what can be achieved here.
If we can build on that level of support this season, alongside the hard work being put in by the management team and everyone behind the scenes, I’m confident we’re in for an exciting journey together.
Carlos.. I’m coming for that appearance record”
We are delighted that Danny has agreed to join Grays Ath on this next stage of our development, as we plan for an exciting future for the club.

Maybe @Keir_Starmer could use the ‘full force of the law’ on the foreign men from migrant hotels harassing and attacking women and girls in so many communities up and down the country?
Or does he only use that against white working class men ?
Tensions were not inflamed by social media or the ‘far right’… tensions were inflamed by foreign monsters raping, sexually assaulting and killing Brits.
The End.
No argument.
@CFC_OBED The Sporting Directors. They’ve signed utter crap. They bring on Cherki, Kovacic and we bring on Delap and Garnacho. Mangers hands are always tied due to the sheer inept quality of the squad.
I’ll always champion peaceful protest. But the Unite the Kingdom march organisers are peddling hatred and division.
We’ve already blocked visas for far-right agitators who want to come here to spew their extremist views.
They don't speak for the decent, fair, respectful Britain I know.
