@ShaharanDeen@AudiUK@AudiUKCare Was the same here until I threatened legal action, one of the garage managers gave me his car as they say they don’t do courtesy cars anymore. Audi have fallen from grace and after this car I shan’t be returning
@linnell_1@AudiUK Interesting! Also had numerous issues with the ‘new’ Q5. I believe I was one of the first if not the first to have one in the U.K. after preordering months before they started actually building them and also had nothing but issues with mine including the seatbelts being faulty

@TheNorthFaceEU tried returning a sports top to store after a single wear which had frayed at the front. Trafford Centre U.K. store refused a refund/exchange and said I have damaged it. Told them to keep it and left. V disappointed and won’t be buying from yourselves ever again

@HighwaysNWEST Absolute farce, same thing happened a couple of weeks ago where there were massive queues only to get to the front of the queue where one man was trying to fix a drain cover!! Should have been done properly in the first place!
@RudiGeerts So sad 😢 But were they actually planning some sort of exchange in the first place? Seems like it’s not something the SS would do for no apparent reason and then maybe the plan fell apart?
