@MandyKnowsDC I think the biggest difference is that Baltimore and Philly have a significant Blue collar White population along with ethnic white neighborhoods. The White people in DC are majority white collar. And if DC had ethnic White neighborhoods, they disappeared with the White Flight.

I actually feel bad that my feelings are torn on #JesseJackson. Like we grew up thinking he was a hero but as adults, we see the damage that his actions caused Black Americans for his need to stay relevant. My deepest sympathies to his loved ones.
