@klarnaseb thank you very much for sorting things out about my issue but now its appeared on my credit file and knocked so many points off I have now lost a mortgage application because of this if this is not sorted asap I will be now still going ahead with legal action thanks

@klarnaseb your company klarna is about to have a court case brought against it due to your staff not understanding English and English law I have a problem its been going on since Jan trying to return a scooter which I was legally entitled to and your staff did not understand
