From the GMC itself, it is illegal to use the title Physician unless you are medically qualified, i.e. with an MBBS or equivalent.

This isn't just unfair on Lily or the patients, it's clearly illegal.

I seriously encourage all doctors to ditch the yellow first name badges, and introduce yourself as Dr________ to all patients.

Time to reinstate hierarchical medicine. Hierarchy of training and knowledge, that is. The hierarchy of responsibility conveniently never disappeared.
