@Olacabs I was incorrectly charged a cancellation fees. The driver had denied to go to the place I have selected but when he cancelled the trip, I was charged a cancellation fees. When I dropped email to ola, no one responds. Is this how you guys work now?

@CareHealthIndia is the most pathetic insurance provider in terms of customer service. I renewed 1 of my insurance with them and money got deducted but the insurance still shows not renewed. When I raised a complaint, they closed it saying that the app is working fine. Pathetic!

@JioCare It is happening with all the messages. My all banks, all apps and everything and the duplicate message frequency is random, sometimes the duplicate message comes within minutes or sometimes after hours. My all banks can't malfunction at the same time, right?

@reliancejio @JioCare Is there any issue with text messaging? I am receiving sms twice. I was furious since yesterday that my bank debit messages are sent twice and thinking if my account has been charged twice. But it seems its jio sending me sms twice.

@HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares HDFC has the worst fastag service. I have raised a service request 4 days ago and no one has even been assigned to it. When I try to call the helpline my call is disconnected abruptly when I select to talk to a human. Most pathetic! 😑

@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare I switched to JIO eSIM and SMS services R shut down for regulatory rqrmtns. Its nowhere mentioned in app b4 migrating. SMS is essential srvc and if there's self served SIM transfer, this service stoppage should be highlighted at the beginning. 😡

@HomeLoansByHDFC @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @CarebyHDFC_HL @hdfc HDFC Home Loans has become pathetic after the merger. I have observed delays in all the customer service processes due to which I have to pay more interest or put extra efforts to reach out to the branch. Pathetic.

@AmazonHelp Thanks for the copy paste reply. Amazon India has some rivalry with Google due to which we get Pixels from "Generic" brand on Amazon India. Not sure if Google will service the device because it's not their brand (not even sure if it's their phone)
