@EA Case #254711998 — FC27 repeatedly crashes on PS5 with CE-108255-1. I’ve already completed extensive troubleshooting and even tested a different PSN/EA account. I purchased the game and currently cannot play it. Please have the technical team review my case.

FC26 had the same issue, and now FC27 has it too. Other games, including Battlefield, work normally on the same PS5.

EA Support has escalated my case to the game experts.

I need urgent help with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PS5.

I purchased FC 27 and I currently cannot properly play the game because it repeatedly freezes/crashes with error CE-108255-1.

I already:
• Reinstalled the game
• Cleared PS5 cache
• Rebuilt database
