À 20 ans, on a l’impression que le temps est infini. On croit que les opportunités reviendront toujours, que les erreurs pourront être corrigées plus tard et que la réussite finira naturellement par arriver.

Aujourd’hui, je partage avec toi 13 leçons essentielles sur l’argent, le travail, la réussite et la vie. Des vérités parfois inconfortables, souvent négligées, mais capables de transformer profondément ta manière de penser et d’agir.

1. On ne te paie pas pour ton temps, mais pour les résultats que tu produis

Tout le monde dispose des mêmes 24 heures dans une journée. Pourtant, certains gagnent mille fois plus que d’autres.

Pourquoi ?

Parce que le temps est limité, alors que la valeur créée ne l’est pas. Tant que tu échanges uniquement tes heures contre de l’argent, tes revenus auront un plafond. Lorsque tu apprends à générer des résultats, à résoudre des problèmes et à créer de la valeur, ce plafond disparaît.

2. Tu n’achètes pas avec de l’argent, tu achètes avec ta vie

Chaque dépense représente une portion de ton existence.

Cet objet acheté sur un coup de tête n’a pas été payé avec des billets, mais avec les heures de travail nécessaires pour obtenir cette somme. Lorsque tu comprends cela, tes habitudes de consommation changent radicalement.

Tu cesses d’acheter ce qui est inutile et tu commences à protéger ce que tu possèdes de plus précieux : ton temps de vie.

3. Les pauvres dépensent leur temps pour économiser de l’argent, les riches dépensent leur argent pour gagner du temps

L’argent perdu peut être regagné. Le temps perdu ne revient jamais.

Les personnes prospères comprennent que leur ressource la plus précieuse n’est pas l’argent, mais le temps. Elles cherchent constamment à l’optimiser afin de l’investir dans leur croissance, leurs compétences et leurs projets.

Chaque heure récupérée est une opportunité supplémentaire de progresser.

4. Tes revenus sont proportionnels aux problèmes que tu résous

Le marché récompense ceux qui apportent des solutions.

Plus le problème que tu résous est important, plus la valeur de ta contribution augmente. Si tu veux gagner davantage, ne cherche pas seulement à travailler plus dur. Cherche à devenir plus utile.

Les plus grandes fortunes sont souvent bâties sur la résolution de problèmes touchant des milliers, voire des millions de personnes.

5. Les problèmes d’argent sont souvent des problèmes de concentration

Le manque de ressources n’est pas toujours la principale difficulté.

Les distractions permanentes, les querelles inutiles, les polémiques stériles et la consommation excessive de contenus sans valeur dispersent ton énergie mentale.

Montre-moi ce sur quoi tu concentres ton attention chaque jour, et je pourrai souvent prédire la direction de ton avenir.

6. Ce qui est simple grandit, ce qui est compliqué finit par s’effondrer

Beaucoup de projets échouent non pas parce qu’ils manquent d’idées, mais parce qu’ils en ont trop.

Vouloir tout faire, satisfaire tout le monde et poursuivre dix objectifs simultanément conduit souvent à l’échec. La véritable puissance réside dans la simplicité.

Apprends à dire non. La concentration est une force.

7. Sois la personne la moins expérimentée dans la pièce la plus ambitieuse

Si tu es toujours la personne la plus compétente de ton entourage, tu risques de stagner.

La croissance naît du contact avec des personnes qui voient plus grand, pensent différemment et accomplissent davantage.

Choisis des environnements qui t’obligent à élever ton niveau.

198 FCFA, c’est le prix annoncé pour une action de la plus grande raffinerie d’Afrique, construite par l’homme le plus riche du continent, le milliardaire africain Aliko Dangote.

Une entreprise valorisée à près de 50 milliards de dollars, soit environ 27 750 milliards de FCFA, dont une action pourrait être proposée au public pour seulement 198 FCFA.

Pour mettre les choses en perspective, beaucoup de personnes dépensent davantage chaque matin pour un café, un beignet ou un petit-déjeuner.

Mais avant de parler d’investissement, il est essentiel de comprendre ce qui se prépare réellement.

QU’EST-CE QU’UNE INTRODUCTION EN BOURSE ?

Lorsqu’une entreprise entre en bourse, elle ouvre une partie de son capital aux investisseurs en le divisant en millions, voire en milliards d’actions.

Ces actions peuvent ensuite être achetées par le grand public, permettant à chacun de devenir actionnaire de l’entreprise.

C’est précisément l’opération que prépare aujourd’hui la raffinerie Dangote.

Selon les informations communiquées, entre 5 % et 10 % du capital pourraient être proposés aux investisseurs. Le prix indicatif avancé est de 0,35 dollar par action, soit environ 198 FCFA.

Concrètement, avec 19 800 FCFA, un investisseur pourrait acquérir environ 100 actions de l’une des plus importantes infrastructures industrielles du continent africain.

POURQUOI CETTE RAFFINERIE EST-ELLE SI STRATÉGIQUE ?

Située à Lekki, au Nigeria, la raffinerie Dangote est aujourd’hui la plus grande raffinerie d’Afrique et l’une des plus importantes au monde.

Sa capacité de production est estimée à 650 000 barils de pétrole par jour, avec des performances ayant déjà dépassé ce seuil lors de certains essais opérationnels.

L’ambition affichée est d’augmenter encore la capacité de production dans les prochaines années afin de répondre à la demande croissante en carburants, produits pétroliers raffinés et dérivés énergétiques.

Pour les investisseurs, cela représente un élément important : une entreprise opérant dans un secteur stratégique, avec des perspectives de croissance significatives.

La raffinerie vise également à renforcer sa présence sur le marché du carburant aérien, un segment dont la demande devrait continuer à progresser avec le développement du transport aérien africain.

Les grands investisseurs surveillent déjà cette introduction en bourse avec attention.

I want to share this testimony with you to encourage someone to give their life to Jesus.

In 2020, I was addicted to drugs. I was using my mother's money to get high. On top of that, I was unstable and desperately wanted a phone to get rich, because at that time I strongly believed in online money.

As I left, the young men who were looking for me saw me, and I saw them too. Our eyes met. One of them shouted, “Don’t move!” Panicked, I started running, and they chased me, shouting, “Thief! Thief!” It was the first time this had ever happened to me. As I ran, they were just inches away from me. I went into a small cassava field in the neighborhood, and they followed me. A crowd gathered. Some were armed with machetes, and one of them had a rifle. He was shouting, “Come out of your hiding place or I’ll shoot!” “I was right near them, my hiding place was visible, and I was saying, ‘Lord, please help me, forgive me, save me. I know I’ve done wrong, but save me.’ And God answered me. The young people were around me, within the area where I was hiding, but they couldn’t see me. One of them even said, ‘Where is he? We can’t see him!’ At that moment, I understood that the Lord had made me invisible. I could see them, but they couldn’t see me.

The man on Earth has Two Types of Life. The First is BIOS which is the Biological system of Man's makeup

Meanwhile The Second is the Spiritual life of Man which is the core key thing in the Journey of a man's life

When Jesus came into the Earth because what makes men stay on the earth realm is the Bios part of life jesus had a Bios part which is a Bodily form and Nature

The Biological part of Man grows by eating Physical food but then the Spirit life of man grows by Knowledge of Christ

The concept of the BIOS age of man is because Man is on the Earth realm the original place to Check the real age of Man is by checking the Energy of the Light of God in such a Man

This means a man can be 100 Years on Earth but in the Spirit he can be 5 years old because he has less or no knowledge of Christ

When you know this nobody will force you to pray, seek God, Study the scriptures and be in the midst of the brethren

The real age of men is not the age you count on Earth because MAN is AGELESS

Yes Man has no age and the Reason is because the real Counter for Men in Age is LIGHT and not Numbers

The Spirit in man is as Old as God because it's by same Spirit man was Created

Men can count Age in Time because on Earth TIME regulate things and because of the Nature of the Biological life we count Age on Earth

A Man can be 20 years on Earth but he's Emiting Light enough to be called an Elder in the spirit this is why the Scripture saith "For we know no man after the flesh"
When next you are asked how old are you it's wise to ask "in what context do you mean is it Biologically or in the spirit"

On the earth realm we can say you are 50 Years but in the spirit the Counter for Age is how Long enough you have behold Christ

2 Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

As you behold him you are changing and becoming more Illuminous and glow in his Realm

The light of Christ you emit is way more important than your Numerical figure of Age on the Earth

This is why you must labour to Attain light in his Kingdom

How old are you in Light?
This is your very essence because men shine in different Rays of light as so the Angels
