@Headteacherchat I'd ask what happens if HT is off on one of your 3 teaching days? Who deputises then as you aren't paid to? You are in exactly the same position I was in 4 yrs ago (3 days in class, 2 days out) but thankfully my HT put me on leadership scale.

@MrBoothY6 Local carpenter might be your best option. IKEA ones are great for classrooms but not sturdy enough for corridors (IMO).
