Every day I wake up, it’s another supposed Web3 or Forex “mentor” posting profits, a newly acquired house, a new car, or some screenshot showing how much money they made.

Is this how we intend to build an ecosystem of builders?

Where are the people documenting how they built the product?

Where are the founders talking about hiring, operations, distribution, infrastructure, regulation, product failures, engineering decisions, customer acquisition, capital formation, and the mistakes that nearly killed their companies?

The problem is that the people actually building are often silent.

They build in private.

They solve difficult problems in private.

They learn expensive lessons in private.

Then the baller posts his new Benz publicly and gets 4,000 retweets.

So why wouldn’t the ballers be louder than the builders?

Culture is shaped by what we repeatedly celebrate.

If the loudest evidence of success in Web3 and Forex is consumption, then the next generation will naturally aspire to consume not to build.

We need builders to become louder.
