Most launchpads are obsessed with launching tokens.
Almost none think about what happens after they die.
That's exactly why Nibble caught my attention.
Every cycle creates winners... and a much bigger pile of forgotten tokens. Once trading slows down, liquidity usually gets stranded inside projects nobody is using anymore. That's capital the market can't benefit from.
@nibblefun idea is simple:
Don't leave dead liquidity sitting idle. Put it back into circulation. Instead of every token ending the same way, Nibble gives them a lifecycle:
Active β At Risk β Dead β Merged
It's a system that rewards communities for staying engaged before a token reaches the end of the road. Every new token starts as Active. After the first 24 hours, it stays Active as long as people are still trading it or it continues meeting the required activity thresholds. If the community is still showing up, nothing changes. If activity drops too far, the token doesn't immediately die. It moves to At Risk.
This is basically a warning period. A visible 72-hour countdown starts, giving the community time to rally, increase trading activity, and bring the token back to Active. I actually like this part because it gives communities a real chance to fight for their project instead of killing it the moment activity slows down. While a token is At Risk, holders can also Pre-Commit to Churn.
Instead of panic selling, they can choose to have their position participate in the upcoming churn process if the token eventually fails to recover. It's optional, and they can still withdraw that commitment before the cohort closes. If the recovery window expires without enough activity, the token becomes Dead.
Even then, it isn't immediately forgotten. Holders can still appeal through an on-chain vote if they genuinely believe the project deserves another chance. Only after that does the final stage begin:
Merged.
When the required conditions are met, the dead token's liquidity is merged into healthy Active tokens. Dead-token holders receive pro-rata exposure to whichever Active token receives that liquidity. Instead of holding a dead bag forever, they gain exposure to a token that's still alive and trading. The recipient token isn't predictable either.
That's intentional.
If everyone knew exactly where liquidity was going, people would try to front-run the process.
Nibble avoids that by making recipient selection unpredictable and by limiting how much liquidity any one Active token can receive from a single merge.
That keeps the process fair and much harder to game.
There are safeguards too. Merges only happen when there are enough healthy Active tokens, enough mergeable liquidity, and the protocol isn't under a global freeze. The goal isn't to force merges it's to make sure they happen under healthy market conditions. That's what stood out to me. Most launchpads optimize for launch day. Nibble is thinking about what happens weeks or even months later, after the hype has faded.
If it works the way it's designed, dead liquidity doesn't stay trapped forever. It goes back into circulation, giving Active communities more fuel while giving holders of failed projects another opportunity instead of a permanent dead end. Feature 6 : Staking 2.0
Staking as a service will be available at the @TIWIProtocol phase 2 release. Staking Pools can be created for any network's token by the developer, KOLs or even passionate individuals for their CTOs.
Two types of Staking Pool should be expected as shown below: one that generates reward in the same token/coin as staked and another in a different token/coin.
You may want to hold your TWC strongly as it is the only acceptable payment for staking fee and other platform-as-a-service features on TIWI Protocol.
Feature 5: Lock system
Token and liquidity pool lock across multiple blockchain networks will be available on TIWI Protocol phase 2. Individual users and crypto projects can explore a number of interesting lock types and unlock modes. What's more? Every token and liquidity pool lock comes with a sharable verification link where even users with zero blockchain knowledge read the lock details. And of course, security was our chiefest consideration when creating the lock system.
