Had 3 days of energy, swam 3 hydro laps yeaterday and today experiencing PEM. Golly!!!
At least I haven't busted as much with boom for a few days, but then I did stop alot of activity so not to bust. 🤕

Went to clarinet and sax today in Stamford Street, golly what a shiny shop!

Five months in upheaval with roof and ceiling leaking, covid hitting in May, Sunday night recieving 7 portfolios back of City & Guilds, BTEC and FdA fashion and textile artwork, to find that 3 portfolio's were damaged with mould. Totally gutting and a push to let go!

@yourlocalpantry I love volunteering at my the pantry, such a great community, just today. I chatted with one lady, who burst into tears when I sat next to her, because she has been struggling as she didn't have enough money. And thank you for the opportunity to be filmed to share my story.
