Had a great morning delivering gonioscopy training to the optometrists and ACP nurses at a western Eye Hospital.
Everyone got stuck in and managed to get lenses on eye and visualise/identify angle structures.

Just really poor service. There was a moment where I thought ‘they actually care’ but clearly I was wrong!
Think I’ll find another airline to fly with from now on.
Getting more and more fed up with the beyond poor service from @British_Airways . They’ll take your money in the blink of an eye and change your flight with absolutely no notice.
But when it comes to trying to claim compensation they drag their heels! Do better BA.

I hope you’re right. It’s already been over a month. My colleagues father has been waiting a year for his compensation from @British_Airways, so I’m not holding my breath.

Builder is taking longer to fit the kitchen due to all the issues and that will cost me a bit more. I wonder if @WrenKitchens will accept their share of the responsibility or just palm me off again! Wonder if they’ll ever get back to me!
Just got a kitchen fitted from @WrenKitchens . Kitchen looks lovely, but some of the after sales service is just beyond poor.
Called the showroom for a few things and on multiple occasions have been told contradictory things by different staff members.
And finally, the design was flawed. It happens, I should have checked it also, but when i did call the showroom i was told it was my fault - no effort to help settle the problem. I had to buy more units at a cost of £480 just to speed up the process.
@CollegeOptomUK I just saw the email about the March IP exam being delayed to 21st March. I had already paid and booked the exam for 4th March. Am I automatically being deferred to 21st March or do I have to cancel and rebook?

Hi @CollegeOptomUK I know you’re all busy but after 2 voicemails, 3 emails and countless hours on the website I’m a little disappointed in the lack of response.
Been trying to book my IP exam. Can’t book a date online, it’s just blank! And I know I’m not the only one. What to do?
