@AnasMohamedMD1 I think only a certain clone of melan-a will stain (A103). Synapto can be variable. Inhibin is usually positive. This is why is case is so unique; it didn’t read the books 📚 😞 like you! 👍. Only other stain not shown is chrono and that was also negative. No positive stains.

- Dx: adrenal cortical carcinoma.
- IHC (-): synapto, chromo, inhibin, melan-A

DD: cortical adenoma (no necrosis, mits), pheo (chromo & synapto +), RCC - clear cell (pax8 +)
