@Codie_Sanchez This makes 0 sense, your example would have 17.5% gross margins with a CAC of zero. It doesn't matter whether it's paid or organic this would be a shit business.
You're just trying to use ridiculous examples because your bad take has painted you into a corner.
@kes11av I did this with Manus by giving it access through an app that I created within Shopify.
But I believe what most people are doing now is connecting ClaudeCode and GitHub to Shopify.
AI's don't generally edit the themes the way we do, they just change the code.
@ecomchai I would have probably gone a bit less aggressive and bumped 20% every 48 hours if ROAS unaffected or less effected.
But would leave it now and just see what happens over a few days.
It's a mixture of a lot of the spending choices in the UK being politically untenable - Primarily cutting welfare (currently higher than income tax receipts)
And the fact that the economy is actually in decline but this in just hidden by deficit spending. If they were to balance the budget it would be an immediate recession because you wouldn't have large amounts of government money propping up the economy.
So they just defer the pain till later - i.e, when they're no longer in office.
@DaveDiederen What volume do you need to be at for this to be a needle mover?
Currently doing $400K a month at 3500 orders but at the price I was thinking ($10-$12 sub) wasn't sure this would add a material amount to rev/prof.
@SixSigmaCapital I believe they said they added Q2's entire revenue in July though so if that's true and the trend keeps up through Q3 that's much stronger.
@conortrains@Nate_Google_ I think literally 95% of products on Amazon originate in China and probably over 50% of the "brand owners" are just Chinese factories
@jforjacob Had it twice in the last week where an ad with very low CPM's but barely any conversions took 30%+ of budget.
Both times when I turned them off profitability lifted massively.
