-Must have been intubated with septic shock requiring pressors
-Randomized to ketamine or fentanyl
-Intensivist doing the measurements blinded to intervention
-Ketamine compared to fentanyl resulted in increases in heart rate, stroke volume, cardiac output, and MAP

Here are a few tips:
✅Lead with suction.
✅Keep the camera high and dry.
✅Park the tip of the DuCanto Catheter in the esophagus to avoid build-up of contamination in the airway (on the left of the blade).
