@AmazonHelp your customer service team provided me with contact details for a company (Sengled) that according to Google is “permanently closed”. You don’t want to help me, you provide me with helpful information, and you continue to sell their products!?
@AmazonHelp So, like I said, Amazon is fully aware of Sengled’s difficulties, yet Amazon continues to sell their products knowing that customers are likely going to encounter issues. Just like I have. You also know that Sengled offices are “permanently closed” on Google. Poor.
@AmazonHelp Hi, Mostafa. Is that the @AmazonHelp strategy? Get me onto private DM and then ignore the customer? A simple question for @amazon Why are you continuing to sell @Sengled products when even Alexa integration has been withdrawn because of issues at @Sengled?

@virginmedia Have done this. Also just been on the phone. Was told there was an outage affecting not just Virginmedia customers. Not sure why there isn’t clear acknowledgment of the problem. You have our numbers. Our email addresses. Why can’t you just say something?
