@Kristina_Brimer A2: I have a learning menu for students where I give them more than four options and students are expected to do two throughout the allotted time and this student agency gives a chance for students to learn how to learn and own their learning.

@Kristina_Brimer A4: I have two clear classroom routines and expectations. Everyone must follow the" I talk you listen and you talk I listen" principle so no one is talking over the other and students can only leave the class when everything around them is clean.

@Kristina_Brimer A6: I really enjoyed our VC's time. Each cohort member is well experienced and got a lot to share and I was learning a lot of instructional strategies through our discussion either as a whole class or in the breakout rooms.

@Kristina_Brimer A5: I want my students to leave the classroom with a feeling of being a risktaker and courageous enough to try anything. I want them to have a mentality of practices make you permanent than perfect.

@Kristina_Brimer A#7 PD allows me to develop new skills while also honing and improving the old skills I have as an educator. The more professional development I undergo, the more knowledgeable and well-equipped educator I will be.
