I was just on a call with my friend (who also has ADHD) and they said, "I keep spending all of my energy on creating systems for doing things instead of actually doing the things. I'm tired."

1. Expressing intense feelings of love early on
2. Spontaneous outings & trips
3. Frequently interrupting your partner when they're talking
4. Hypersexuality or sex addiction
5. Abruptly ending relationships
