Anyone who has ever "reached out for help" for their mental health via the NHS should be allowed to punch one person per day who says anything along the lines of "speak up, help is out there"

everyone keeps telling me how great it is that I’m getting my own house but the emotional distress of packing up and leaving the only home I’ve ever had and the last bit of dad I have left is going to give me a heart attack any day now :)
