@Barclaycard appalling service, my credit card is over £2k in credit from a holiday refund, have been trying all week to get it refunded to my account.. on hold for over 10 hours this week, constantly transfered to be cut off. Disgusted! Any suggestions??
@alpharooms@alpharoomshelp@MartinSLewis Alpharooms appalling service!! Trying to cancel booking (tried since 14th May) no communication and chat goes dead the minute you ask for them to cancel the booking. Now want to charge 100% of booking but still in cancellation period!!
