shift to swing, bring the knob to the ball, and chop down and forward.
(All of which are not shown here)

- Back pocket to pitcher (coil)
- Rear Leg Driver
- Back muscles pulling
- Barrel working rearward before forward
- Speed happening early/behind

-Counter rotation in the shoulders during the launch phase of the swing (Scapular retracts, hands behind the lead shoulder)

- The left hitter hides his hands behind his front shoulder. Lillian's hands are completely visible to the pitcher.
- Left hitter doesn't tuck his chin.
