Self defense? You think those agents, with the disparity of force on their side, had any reasonable fear or death or injury to themselves or others, or any other justification for deadly force? Was the action necessary and reasonable?

Unfortunately there are not disparity of force maxims for the other direction to raise the level for when deadly force can reasonably be used. There may well be a way under the current laws that the shooter can justify their actions. Plus, qualified immunity.

The statute of limitations, though, has a long time to run.

I made my purchasing decision to get a Model 3 after I saw a Subwoofer unit for one. It was sitting on a trolley next to the prototype assembly line in Fremont, CA, circa. April-May 2017. My 90’s era audiosnobbery looked at it, decided they were not messing around and put down my $1000.
