@KevinEkowTaylor Since you know the kingpins, why don’t you mention their names and help the CID to investigate them in peace 😒I wonder how people take you serious cos you’ve always been an attention seeker from day 1
I asked this in the morning,
When starting a business,
Which of these should be the first step?
Capital, Business Plan or Customer Base?
In my first year at the university, I didn’t have a big office or capital to brag about, but I had a plan.
I started a laptop business, combining two skills I was already good at: repairing and selling. My initial plan was simple, buy faulty laptops, fix them, and resell at a profit. But that plan quickly evolved.
With time, I connected with shops outside campus. They supplied me with spare parts and laptops. I didn’t need massive capital upfront, just good relationships, honesty, and a fair profit margin. I became a trusted middleman, helping students find the best laptops and doing repairs efficiently.
Even though other students could easily contact the same shops I was working with, they still came to me. Why?
Because they trusted my knowledge, valued my recommendations, and knew I wasn’t just after their money. My small margins were enough, because the volume and loyalty grew with time.
That business taught me something valuable:
You don’t always need huge capital to start, you need clarity, a plan, and a clear value to offer people.
NOW, OVER TO YOU:
here’s the challenge:
If you had GHS 20,000 right now, what business would you start?
And more importantly: What would your business plan look like?
