Richard stared at him.

Narin packed a bag and left that night.

For two years, they barely spoke.

Then one winter evening, Narin got a call.

His father was in the hospital.

When Narin arrived, Richard reached for his hand.

“I still don’t understand everything,” he whispered.

“But I finally understand that losing my son over something I couldn’t accept would be worse than admitting I was wrong.”

Narin held his hand.

But does this mean Richard finally accepts his son being gay? Or does he simply love his son despite not accepting his sexuality?
