Brazil could have won the game against Norway but they wouldn't have gone too far. A high quality Brazilian team doesn't let the opposition dominate possession like in that game. Outside of the obvious Haaland, the Norwegian midfield had a fantastic game. I'm thinking Bobb & Nusa

As the commentator says, the Turkiye-Paraguay game is absolutely bonkers. The referee is doing well to keep this game under control as best he can. Paraguay lose a goal kick and get a red card for not following the new rules. Still 45 minutes+ to go. What will happen next? 😲

Coming in to the tournament , I thought that the Croatian defense would be very strong and that their problem would be scoring goals. Quite the opposite. The defense looked slow and not cohesive and Livaković saved the result from being much more lop-sided. England win. 🙁

Many of the teams in this World Cup are slow to start. I don't know if that is also the case with England but playing like this doesn't make them one of the favorites. They are very beatable today. Let's see what the 2nd half brings. Ajmo Hrvatska!
