CLUB STATEMENT
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that Bedlington Terriers Football Club must announce that the club will be folding with immediate effect.
This is an incredibly difficult moment for everyone connected with the Terriers. A club with such a long and proud history, built by generations of players, volunteers, supporters, and officials, has been an important part of the local community for many years. The memories created on and off the pitch will never be forgotten.
The decision to bring the club to an end has not been taken lightly. Despite the tireless efforts of those involved to keep the club going, circumstances have made it impossible to continue. It is heartbreaking to see a club with so much tradition and passion come to an end in this way.
We would like to thank all players, managers, coaches, committee members, sponsors, and supporters who have represented and supported Bedlington Terriers Football Club over the years. Your commitment, loyalty, and love for the club are what made it special.
While the club may no longer continue, its legacy will live on in the memories of everyone who had the privilege of being part of Bedlington Terriers Football Club.
Tried to find the words to pay tribute to Curtis Coppen in my @NonLeaguePaper column after his heartbreaking passing last weekend.
The most poignant and fitting words came from the man himself.
He will be missed by all at @NorthShieldsFC and beyond.

@crooktown_afc@littlethompa Absolute worm of a bloke, fancy taking the piss out of a serious head injury. Shows the type of toothless human you are. Hope you never have to deal with it. Shithouse.
I’ve seen some things in my time but my god that was unbelievable. All 3 of them absolutely god awful. It’s killing the game. Ref buzzing he’s taken a point home.

A RETURN TO SCOTSWOOD. 🔵⭐️
Matthew Dopson returns to NE15, as the defender turns his loan move permanent. 🤝
After making 11 appearances last season, Dopson’s talent was clear for all to see.
Matthew is currently returning from an ankle injury, and we look forward to seeing him back in action in near future.
