I was shocked to discover that some people actually can’t visualize anything when reading a book—because for me, an entire movie plays out in my head with the perfect cast.
nintendo canonizing the theory that the hero of time became the hero's spirit makes it oot link's story one of the most depressing in the entire franchise
This is genuinely my favorite scene in any video game.
•Kratos’s apology for not trusting Atreus which led him to keep things from him.
•Atreus’s awesome and cheeky quotation of his first lesson he learnt from Kratos.
•Kratos’s smile being all proud of how skillful and smart his son has grown.
•The parallel framing of the scene but with Kratos being in the wrong this time while Atreus is the one delivering the line.
ABSOLUTE CINEMA 🎬🔥
Finishing Majora’s Mask again recently had me fucked up… Knowing Link’s never gonna see the lasting impact he had on Termina, separated from the one person he could call a real friend once again. ☹️
Ganon playing the organ before the boss fight in Ocarina of Time is the type of touch that makes you see how much the game was made with care and love.
My dad said on the phone today he’s going to watch my Ocarina of Time remake stream when it drops because the game is so special to him and he said I watched him play it as a kid (I was 8) and now he gets to watch me play it and I just…
4 years of build-up only for it to turn into an actual conversation that, not only does an excellent job of setting up Thor and Odin as characters, but also has so many fucking layers once you know the context of the rest of the game
Seriously, the writing is outstanding
Lo que me duele que Nintendo haya sido capaz de escribir uno de los arcos más trágicos e íntimos de la historia de la ficción y hayan personas que desde TOTK dicen “la historia nunca ha sido importante en The Legend of Zelda”.
