Sonu Singh is not even a party to the pending civil case(dispute on for money transactions with other person), yet he is unlawfully preventing us from visiting and accessing our own property. I am an NRI living in the USA for the last 12 years. A person named Sonu Singh with a criminal background is preventing us from accessing our own land and demanding illegal money from my 83-year-old father. Multiple complaints have been filed with the SHO Hasanpur and SP Amroha, but no action has been taken. Police are treating the matter as a civil dispute and are not taking action against the accused, instead appearing to favor local land mafias.
