Fewdays back I was travelling on NH 48. Suddenly I came accross a pothole on the highway which broke the alloywheel of my car. When I claimed insurance, @Universal_Sompo simply rejected the claim saying the alloy cannot be damaged alone, it should have damaged complete vehicle

@volkswagenindia @VW can you please justify why rest of the vehicle is not damaged and only alloy wheel is damaged. So that fraud insurance companies like @Universal_Sompo can understand the build quality of VW cars.
