पहले तो फ़र्ज़ी फैलाया कि 8.5 CGPA है, बहुत बढ़िया ब्रिलियंट स्टूडेंट था। नहीं चला। कोई ले आया कि नहीं भाई, 6.3 टाइप का CGPA था, which is not good.

उसके बाद चलाया गया कि प्रताड़ित करते थे, तीन महीने से प्रताड़ना हो रही थी। पूछा गया कि भाई, तीन महीने से ये बात थी, और तुम अवेयर भी हो कि SC/ST सेल है, लॉ है, सारा कुछ है। उसके माँ-बाप को भी पता था। वो माँ-बाप जो अभी पेड़ के नीचे बैठकर धरना-प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं, उन्होंने क्यों नहीं किसी को रिपोर्ट किया? लिखित में, मौखिक में, कोई रिकॉर्ड तो होना चाहिए। वो भी नहीं चला।

फिर आ गया CCTV फुटेज। CCTV फुटेज में स्पष्ट रूप से दिख रहा है कि क्या हो रहा है। तो लगे कहने, नहीं-नहीं, वो तो कैलकुलेटर है। कैलकुलेटर तो सबके आगे रखा हुआ था। और उसका फोन, जिससे वो कर रहा था, एविडेंस के तौर पर सीज़ कर लिया गया।

अब बोला जा रहा है कि CCTV फुटेज का केवल एक छोटा सा पोर्शन ही मीडिया को क्यों रिलीज़ किया गया। ये मेरी समझ से बाहर है। क्या पूरा एग्जाम दिखाया जाए? भाई, जब वो एक्ट हुआ है, उतना ही तो आएगा ना, उतना ही तो दिखाया जाएगा। भाई, चोरी कर रहा था, पकड़ा गया।
