@flipkartsupport I spend 10000 on phone and extra 3 round visit to mi service center. Mail also sent to mi the don't replace the product. What is the meaning saying return policy where costomer do not et return/ replacement. The product which I got was defected.

I ordered a mobile redme note 6 pro from Flipkart. I recieved mobile on 29/05/2023.After few hours of use mobile screen is not switching on.Return option is eligible for the product. I would like to return but not working.

On the same day of mobile delivery it got dead & @Flipkart refused to return or replace.

@flipkartsupport I spent my money, my 5 days time and now for visiting mi service centre; which is around 40 km distance from my home, I spent my money and time. Total waste. Will Flipkart pay for it?
