I'm beyond irritated that I'm having to fork out for the tax again. I realize it will be refunded when the broken phone is received, but I shouldn't have to pay anything, upfront or otherwise, to receive what I ordered in the first place.
@ATT I've been a loyal customer for atleast 10 years. Today's customer service experience sucked. After a delayed delivery by 5 days, @FedEx damaged the new phone we ordered (back glass is shattered). The box looks like it's been runover. Getting a replacement isn't an issue, but
@FedExHelp You're 0 for 2 in the last 2 weeks. 1st delivery scheduled 12/29 finally arrived 1/4. 2nd delivery schedule 1/5 is now MIA. Again, $60k worth of medication for my son. He's schedule to be infused with it at 3pm today, but it's been sitting in Everett for days.

@FedExHelp What do you do when you've ruined $60,000 medication and caused my son to miss a dose of his vital therapy? You "create a case". Fat load of good that does. Package of medication that is to remain cold was to be delivered Wednesday (12/28). It snowed here in Seattle.
I get it. Snow is scary to drive in, although UPS, Amazon, and USPS don't seem to have a problem with it. So I thought maybe we'd see it 12/29. Y'all are usually a day late anyway. Nope. Not even an attempt to deliver it. Still sitting in your Everett facility.
@wsdot_north My daughter is stuck in the southbound lanes. Is there any hope of her getting off the interstate tonight? She's 0.8 miles from exit 246. She doesn't have any food either.

I’m sure I have now heard more about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s dress choices than I have heard about who paid off Brett Kavanaugh’s $92,000 country club fees plus his $200,000 credit card debt plus his $1.2 million mortgage, and purchased themselves a SCOTUS seat.
Today is the day we call #DayofRemembrance, to commemorate the day 77 years ago that defined my life. On that day, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9066, which imprisoned my family and me simply because we looked like the people that bombed Pearl Harbor.
TRUE FACT OF THE DAY: When falcon breeders want to breed falcons, they wear special falcon sex hats. The hat encourages the falcon to shag the breeder's head and collects the falcon sperm, which can then be artificially inseminated.
I'll say that again: FALCON SEX HATS.
@InitiativeQ is a new currency built by ex-PayPal guys, currently given for free. If Q becomes a leading payment network, economic models estimate the reward would be around $130,000.

Kavanaugh will be the 114th Supreme Court justice in US History.
108 have been white men.
Four have been women.
Three have been nonwhite.
Only one has been a woman of color, which is now less than the amount of men who have been confirmed amid sexual misconduct allegations
