The Palestinian colony of Silwan is built on the ruins of the Jewish neighborhood called Kfar Hatemanim or Kfar Hashiloach, built by Yemanite Jews in the 1880s.

Palestinians harassed the Jewish residents of this peaceful neighborhood until in 1930 the colonial British army EXPELLED the Jewish residents of this neighborhood and gave it to Palestinians.

In 1948 Palestinians ethically cleansed all of East Jerusalem from all Jewish presence and destroyed every synagogue.

Those are the unchangeable facts.

He was the first person to tackle the terrorists as they got out of their vehicle. He had no fire arm training and as he struggled they shot him and his wife and they died holding hands.

Boris and Sofia Gurman died in each others arms. A married Jewish couple who both fought to save lives. Today is Sofia's Birthday. They were 61 and 69 respectively.
