i genuinely think everyone deserves someone who is soft with them and completely unafraid to show it. someone who randomly kisses your forehead, texts you “i miss you” in the middle of an ordinary afternoon and reaches for your hand without even thinking about it. life already gives us enough reasons to feel unwanted. your relationship shouldn’t be another one. be with someone who makes affection feel normal, who chooses you openly and shows up without making you feel needy for wanting them. love doesn’t have to be distant, confusing or emotionally unavailable to be mature. sometimes love is supposed to feel warm, obvious and safe. like coming home.
