@Aramex, after 8 days running behind Aramex to get my shipment, I was promised a delivery today. Guess what!
I didn't receive anything, and no one contacted me.

@Aramex The worst customer service in any business that has ever existed, no follow-up what so ever, very rude employees, I paid for express shipping which cost three times more than the standard rate, my shipment in custom clearance for a week now beacuse of missing invoice.

@Gulf_Bank اليوم ��هبت لسحب كاش من بنك الخليج فرع بيان وذهبت الي الموظفة المسئولة عن الخدمة المصرفية كان التعامل جدا سئ وغير مهذب ورفضت مساعدتي في التقدم بشكوي المفروض التعامل مع العملاء يكون باحترام لاكن معاير بنك الخليج مختلفة.

@Gulf_Bank Horrible experience, neglecting customers, lose thier data and never updating it which caused problems for the customer's interest ends up with an apology, wow, I wish if I can get a way with such thing like Gulf Bank employees.

@Gulf_Bank اشكر الأخت الفاضلة فاطمة على الاتصال و المتابعة ولاكن لا تزال المشكلة قائمة إهمال العملاء وعدم متابعتهم وتحديث بيانا��هم والضرر بمصالحهم ثم بعد ذلك يعتذر منك البنك اعتزار بارد وغير مجدي بخصوص التجربة السيئة . ما الفائدة؟
هل يكفي الاعتذار ببرود وبدون ترضية مناسبة؟

@Gulf_Bank I'm behind Gulf Bank since March to renew my bank card, and the answer was that your card is with the delivery company. After my card expired and I can't use it for online payments, I called the bank again to figure out they provided wrong contact details for delivery!
