Ramaphosa not long ago convened ANC councillors and they all lied to each other that they will do differently after 30 years of corruption and incompetence. Nothing changed.
Today Ramaphosa was committing himself and the ANC to more lies and empty promises for local government elections.
Just remove these people from power.
#JustIn Police have moved to block @nelsonchamisa from meeting Gweru residents for a consultative process, saying it could turn into violence - Some of us will blame the victim https://t.co/AsXursQKsg
I know you guys are fighting your own fight. I have no dog in your fight but I think truth shld not be sacrificed. I know Nkululeko & very few pple contributed to the struggle like he did especially the first 4 yrs of MDC. They are the crew that carried the student movement organizing some of the most radical protests we ever did btwn 2000-2003. He was the ZINASU president in the executive that had likes of Chimedza, Pasirayi. They were even given Student Peace Prize in Norway in 2003.
Post ZINASU, they were housed in Harvest House I think they called themselves NYDT. It was time when the MDC Youth was led by Nelson Chamisa. I particularly remember that Sibanda, Pasirayi, Maddock, Fidus were the architects of the June 3 Final Push Demo in 2003 where we agreed to invade State House.
I also know he sat in the Broad Alliance. I attended a number of tudent, MDC and NCA demos with him as a leader. On a number of accassions he was arrested.
He was actually poised to be next united MDC Youth Chair after NC had he not left to further his education that had been cut short in pursuit of the struggle.
So, him coming to be NC's spokesperson was not his first foray into the struggle. These are the pple that had built the backbone of the student movement, MDC & general resistance movement.
I just thought I should fakaza this now. You can all go back to insulting each other
So Jancita said @Julius_S_Malema can go fight for land ajd she is not there to fight for land, so technically she is saying she is protecting the land!

In my most humble opinion, Herman Mashaba is the weakest of all the candidates in Joburg. Without Mentioning Dr Tlaleng Mofokeng and Helen Zille , Ntsiki and Lukhona top Herman on everything. Joburg Citizens must never subject themselves to such mediocrity xem. ๐ค๐ฝ
Almost every issue that Mkhwanazi raised here as a problem, the EFF had already offered solutions, the problem is people who do not give themselves time to listen to EFF advises... Listen to this.
It is not news that the ZANUPF-controlled police have stopped an opposition rally. The real news, and the real crisis, is that, we have failed to build a broad-based, disciplined and well-organised opposition movement capable of mobilising citizens, defending democratic space and confronting this abuse.
Asking me to comment every time the ZANUPF-controlled police stop a rally is like asking me to comment on a lion seeing a zebra, chasing it and having a meal. The predator has behaved exactly as expected.
Condemnation without organisation eventually becomes a meaningless ritual. Ours is not merely to mourn; ours is to organise, mobilise, build institutions and fight back politically.
If we are still shocked by tactics that ZANUPF has used since 1980, then we have wasted 46 years. We have repeated the same cycle of a rally being banned, statements are issued, social media erupts, and then everyone moves on until the next rally is stopped.
That means we have learnt nothing and built nothing capable of changing the situation.
ZANUPF repression is predictable. The question is no longer what the ZANUPF-controlled police have done. The real question is: what have we organised and built to confront it? Is it based on a broad movement or a personality cult?
Personality cults donโt make repressive regimes lose sleep, movements are a headache because you canโt control it, you canโt buy everyone. The choice is ours to make!
Wakey-wakey! Thereโs no time to sleep. We must engage the people so they can make an informed ballot-box decision to vote EFF and remove the ANC and their GNU friends.
We are taking the City of Tshwane. @OmphileMaotwe is contesting against herself here. Letโs go win โ๏ธ

This is the kind of ball you'll expect from Mourinho, just winning in the most boring way. But you know he'll somehow get you a trophy with his boring football.

The EFF commits to establishing municipal-owned market clearing houses where emerging farmers can bring their produce to a central marketplace, with proper storage, grading, packaging, market access, and transparent pricing.
We will invest in farmer-centred market infrastructure that connects emerging farmers directly to consumers, retailers, wholesalers, and public institutions, ensuring that farmers receive fair prices, reduce post-harvest losses, and build sustainable agricultural businesses.
