Any audio gurus know why voice audio is delayed from my gameplay audio?

Webcam + Mic are good - no delay.
But gameplay happens and I’m reacting maybe a second earlier than it happens on screen.

Idk how to fix that. I stream through elgato HD60 (the old one) and through OBS.
