@yolethe1st This is one of the most honest things written about Nigerian men. The money doesn't fix the esteem issue. It just upgrades the cope. A man who doesn't believe he deserves reciprocation will spend a million naira proving it.

My issue is actually with Nigerian men.

They don't demand much, they'll accept anything a woman offers because they believe "women are the prize" and they're nothing.

The average Nigerian suffers from a chronic case of low-self esteem. Money doesn't fix it, instead it is used to overcompensate for the lack of genuine self-worth and that's why you'd see a grown man with affluence spending on a woman who wouldn't reciprocate even an inch (if she could) for them. What else could explain a man appreciating a woman (with money) for her beauty??

When there's no reciprocation, there's no romance, it is simply simping.

I always say: "If she doesn't reciprocate, you're doing too much and if she does, nothing is too much" and frankly speaking, Nigerian men are doing too much.

Nigerian women struck gold with Nigerian men to be honest. They don't have to do anything, they can be fat, lazy, degenerates, lack character or values and there will still be men in the majority who will consider them as "the prize" and this feeds further into women's delusion. This is why a low-value woman will be bold enough to demand unrealistic standards, because there are simps out there who will fight to meet them.

I hope one day men would realise that it is the demands of the majority that will saturate the dating market.

We demand what we truly believe we deserve and apparently, the average Nigerian man doesn't believe that he deserves much.

I am not an average Nigerian man.
