It is telling high school and college students that with enough name and money power you are above the law

Don't know where the "for cause" argument obviously falls. But I can assure you candidates will be focused on the resources Kansas State will give to them to succeed (which is a lot) rather than what happens if they lose. If not, they aren't the right fit or ready anyways.
