My plea to all Americans:
—Learn the history of the Jewish people
—Reject the antisemitic double standard being applied to the plight of Jewish victims
—Understand that we defend Israel’s existence as we fear a world where the place of refuge for Jewish people no longer exists

My heart goes out to her entire family.

In my front office I have displayed the posters of the innocent Israelis kidnapped by Hamas.
They will stay up until every single person is safely returned home.
I stood in Times Square to say:
The Senate passed a resolution affirming that we are unified in our support of the Israeli people and against Hamas.
We are doing everything we can to bring the hostages home.
And we will get Israel the help and resources it needs.
I just announced $100 million for humanitarian assistance in Gaza and the West Bank.
This money will support over 1 million displaced and conflict-affected Palestinians.
And we will have mechanisms in place so this aid reaches those in need – not Hamas or terrorist groups.
I stand with Israelis who desire peace, security, and recognition. And I stand with Palestinians who desire peace, security, and self-determination. Shalom Aleichem/Salaam Alaikum. Hamas is the enemy of the children of Abraham, and we must unite to end their reign of terror.
The NYC-DSA is planning to hold a rally tomorrow, glorifying the terrorism of Hamas as “resistance.” Never mind the hundreds of Israeli civilians and children who have been murdered, wounded, abducted, and terrorized. Their lives mean nothing to the DSA. Nothing.
The NYC-DSA is revealing itself for what it truly is: an antisemitic stain on the soul of America’s largest city.
There is a special place in hell for those who glorify the cold-blooded murder of civilians and children.
We unequivocally condemn the appalling attacks by Hamas terrorists against Israel. We stand in solidarity with the government and people of Israel and extend our condolences for the Israeli lives lost in these attacks.
