During the recently concluded Transcript exhibition, only the Degree Certificate was accessed . The transcript is still missing

My account with Zero Arrears was billed on 15. 12.2020 Ugx. 94,640. Payment of 200,000/= made on 19. 12.2020 through the Bank. But because of delayed reconciliation between the Bank and NWSC , I am discounted today 21.12.2020 !!!!!.
