BABA IJESHA IS NOT A RRAPIST‼️🎯

The punishment for Rrape in Lagos state is life imprisonment. Baba Ijesha was only sentenced to 5 years concurrently in prison for "indecent treatment of a minor" (a girl below 18).

Facts of the Case...👇

In July 2022, a Lagos State High Court convicted actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka (Baba Ijesha) of indecent s¢xual treatment of a minor. He was sentenced to a total of 16 years in prison on multiple counts, and due to concurrent sentencing, he was required to serve a maximum of 5 years.

Acquittal on Penetration (Rrape): The High Court notably discharged and acquitted him of the charges of s¢xual assault by penetration [Rrape] and attempted s¢xual assault by penetration.

ALSO...
The Court of Appeal quashed the counts related to alleged incidents from 2013 and 2014. If a person is convicted of Rrape in Lagos, the punishment is life imprisonment.
