@MudiTheInvestor I'll be better prepared for next dip by building my cash position and not deploying all at once but by bit unless the conviction is super strong to go all in for a particular one
@asemota Tech is not the future for many
It's for AI for AI & few individuals
gat to start diversifying some resources away from tech
To a more secure industry
Were are you in the production chain?
Does 1 or 2 process pass through you or it's yet nill
In this economy era we're in you can't afford to be inconsequential
This Sunday, we are having a masterclass-style session for the young folks out here who want to start investing in the stock market.
X and Youtube, then recorded to podcast.
Young means you're below 40. I also want to see the ladies attend abeg.
1. Practical
2. Relevant
3. Actionable
4. No jargon
Bring a friend.
@FinPlanKaluAja1 Nigeria economy will ruin your budget
You'll have plan your spending
Then boom prices of materials, goods and stuff will just increase
2.5% overnight ๐คญ
@FinPlanKaluAja1 Don't buy her flowers ๐& chocolate ๐ซ
Pay for her to learn that new skills and online course
You love her?
Then empower her
After writing him long love messages ๐
Give him cash to buy more shares and help him secure more clients
You love him?
Then care about his future
@FinPlanKaluAja1 So many young people own a betting account
Whereas I can count with my fingers the young people I know who invest in stocks
Gambling over investing?
As a young guy or girl it's hard to avoid peer pressure but please choose to play your own game.
Donโt feel unnecessary pressured, be super patient and enjoy your process.
The only metrics you should if you must is compare yourself to:
- Your net-worth 1 year ago.
- Your growth and development 1 year ago.
- Your health & happiness 1 year ago.
- Your understanding of the world 1 year ago.
- The quality of your relationships 1 year ago.
@FinPlanKaluAja1 1st man owes less than 10% of his networth... 2nd man owes 50% of his networth The 2nd man owes more But however for the bank the 1st man owes more.
@Emedo_Onyekwele@FinPlanKaluAja1 You're right stealing is one of the biggest problem
But as @FinPlanKaluAja1 said even if they don't steal but they don't spend in the right places and things it's still back to square one
If the spending is right even if there is some stealing it wouldn't be as bad.
After 20 days this is how my September expenses so far looks like
- Food
- Transportation
- And data
Combine has taken up 76% of my total expenses
And I believe many young people can relate with this data
What's your own story? ๐
