@sjinx_y @Gamingtronium @sjinx_y that's not necessarily true. Devs often don't get to choose the machines they use at work. The employer chooses which development machines their employees use. A dev using Windows doesn't prove they're a bad dev. It proves their employer is locked into Microsoft.

@justbyte_ The "no copy-paste" joke is classic, but the technical reality is a nightmare.

Losing the "c" and "v" keys deletes half your syntax. In C++, you lose vector, void, const, and char. You can't even call ceil() or csv.

@karthikponna19 It depends on what you want to do. I recommend starting with Homebrew. Next, I highly recommend finding a terminal application you enjoy, such as iTerm 2 or Ghostty.
