Loss of comfort.

2/ They clap when you win. But the beginning? It is lonely. It is ugly. It is unpaid.

3/ I have sold dreams that haven’t paid me yet.

4/ But I wake up again. And I try again.

5/ Not because I’m confident. But because I refuse to disappear.

Sometimes I find it funny how we compare ourselves to inanimate objects or even other living creatures.
There’s a reason a kangaroo can stand on two legs and still not behave like a human.

I’m shopping for what lasts, not what expires first.

@itzchristunique I know some people will side her and say freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is a right, but when it is misused to harm others, accountability must follow. Justice must prevail.
