My purpose in the game is fulfilled ⭐️
I lived out my childhood dreams, played on the biggest stages, won the biggest trophies. Grateful to God for all of it.
To all my fans, the clubs, my teammates and my family: this will forever be ours. Thank you.
The mission is complete. Now I step into my next calling.
More of the journey to come.
Love,
Divock Origi
@UncleSammiee@segun_os_ Yes, I've tried and even the best models hallucinate when it comes to c++. For every line of c++ their are many factors at play and decisions to be made. Otherwise valgrind, gdb and compiler (may be) will tell you why you're stupid. C++ quirks
I think I’m done trying to look "too professional" online.
The truth is, I’m just someone who spends most of his time alone in a room building software, reading, learning, and trying to create something useful.
I come from the DRC in Africa.
Power cuts. Unstable internet. Limited opportunities.
At some point, I moved to Uganda mainly because electricity and internet were more stable for the kind of work I wanted to do.
For almost 3 years, I’ve been building and posting online without turning it into real income.
And still, I continue.
Even with AI everywhere, I still spend 4 to 5 hours every day reading books in different fields because I genuinely love learning.
Learning gives me peace.
When you spend too much time alone, dark thoughts can come close. For me, reading, building, and understanding how things work became a way to stay mentally alive.
So when people judge this new generation of programmers, AI users, or "vibe coders", I think they forget something:
We did not choose this era.
AI appeared in front of us, and now we are all trying to adapt.
Not because we don’t want to learn. Not because we don’t have knowledge. Not because we want shortcuts.
But because this is the world we found ourselves in.
I still love the old computer culture. The Homebrew Computer Club spirit. People building things because they believed computers could help humans do more.
That’s why I keep working on Softadastra and Vix.
I don’t want to die without creating at least one useful thing for someone.
Even just one person.
That would already mean something to me.
Fair enough but don't let new money deceive you into marrying from rich/wealthy families. She won't understand why you have to support your siblings in school yet they aren't total orphans. What follows next is a very polite divorce and you'll never, ever see your kids again.
Focus on what you can control. Build something, anything. A product, yourself, a family, your community, a team, a company or organization, relationships. Or help someone else do it. Don't complain or be a victim, ever. #PlayNiceButWin
If you are not supposed to read the code than don't commit the code either. Commit your prompts. You are not doing Open Source if you are pushing incomprehensible slop. It's the same as pushing binaries and saying you are doing Open Source because they are GPL or something.
