Hey @atlasfunded , I need urgent assistance with my one of my account!

My BTCUSD trade hit TP, but the position didn't close. When I tried closing it manually, I got the error: “Order to close this position already exists.”

To make matters worse, there's a SELL order I did not place on my account, and I can't delete it or execute any actions. I'm also getting “request adding.”

I currently have no control over these orders. Please investigate and resolve this urgently. This is affecting my ability to manage my trades and puts my account at risk.
